The first Taal Photo Trek slated for September 19 has been filled up, so we’re scheduling another one: Taal Photo Trek 2 on October 3, 2009. The same itinerary, the same mentors, same beautiful places, only the date has changed.

Like the first one, Taal Photo Trek 2 will also have an optional pre-trek orientation and briefing the day before, Friday October 2, at the FPPF in Intramuros. The day of the trek itself, on Saturday October 3, will have the same program in Taal town and in the Volcano Island including shoots at the Ilagan ancestral home, the Taal Basilica and in San Nicolas town, as well as a picturesque photo trek, on horseback, to the Crater Rim.

A week after, on October 10, you can have your photos critiqued at the FPPF in Intramuros by travel photographer George Cabig, who mentors the Taal Photo Trek with professional photographer Amir Alba.
