@jorel: we only accept knowledgeable photographers to be photographer assistants, jorel, because the job really requires you to be a photographer first, and you will be doing photographer duties aside from assisting the main photographer. we also require that the applicant be knowledgeable about the digital post process, i.e., photoshop.
